The illegal sublet was a spacious sublet in apartment 6B which Wendy Watson and Lacey Thornfield shared illegally. The sublet had multiple rooms, a loft, kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the street. The sublet had direct elevator access and was been the location for Wendy's and Lacey's art for the previous Art Crawls.
